摘要
The chemiluminescence reaction involving lucigenin in alkaline H2O2 solutions was studied. Co(II) was found to be the most effective activator of the chemiluminescence and, hence, reaction conditions were optimized for Co(II). The Co(II) calibration curve (log-log) is linear from the detection limit of 20 pptr up to 100 ppm. Many other metals enhance or inhibit the chemiluminescence reaction but for the most part at concentrations above typical environmental levels. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
