摘要
A radiation monitor has been designed at Centre d'Etude Spatiale des Rayonnements (CESR) for the spectroscopy of high energy protons and electrons in the space environment, as well as Single Event Upset (SEU), with a good energy and time resolution. We plan to use this instrument for scientific and technology applications.
