INTEGRATED REACTION AND PHOTOMETRIC DETECTION WITH ENZYMES IMMOBILIZED IN THE FLOW CELL OF A FLOW-INJECTION SYSTEM

摘要
A biosensor based on the integration of reaction and detection with a conventional photometric detector is proposed. An enzyme is immobilized on the walls of the flow cell and reaction-rate measurements of the enzymatic reaction are made by halting the flow when the sample-coenzyme plug is in the flow cell and monitoring the increase in the reduced form of the coenzyme (λmax = 340 nm). © 1990.
