摘要
Naringenin and naringenin-chalcone have been determined in tomato skin extracts by isocratic reversed-phase HPLC after C-18 solid phase extraction. Naringenin-chalcone was present in all tomato samples (95%-98%) but not the isomeric flavanone naringenin (2%-5%). It was concluded that in previous investigations the flavanone naringenin was found because the extraction procedure caused spontaneous cyclization of the chalcone.
