A PHOTOGRAPHIC REINFORCEMENT ANALYSIS OF NEUROTUBULES AND CYTOPLASMIC MEMBRANES

摘要
The technique of photographic reinforcement has begin applied with positive results to neurotubules, synaptic vesicles, and mitochondrial cristae. Reinforcement occurred at periods of 12, 13, and 14 for neurotubules, 13 for synaptic vesicles, and 9 for the cristae. Other membrane systems gave negative results. Criteria for validity of the technique are presented and the possible significance of such point structure is discussed in each instance. © 1969 Academic Press, Inc.
