摘要
A new ceramic technology is presented which allows (1) to introduce controlled quantities of grain boundary dopants and (2) to tailor the microstructure of the ceramic. The technology is applied to doped BaTiO3 and SrTiO3 ceramics and compared to conventionally sintered specimen.
