摘要
The dependence of Farady rotation (FR) of light polarization plane upon the radiation wavelength, the temperature and magnetic field for Fe-doped crystals of CdTe and CdSe is investigated. For the first time Faraday effect enhancement due to s,p-d exchange interaction is discovered for Fe-doped SMS. The value of s,p-d exchange constants' variation is determined. The main features of the objects under study are described.
