摘要
The giant magnetoresistance (MR) effect has been investigated for NiFeCo/Cu multilayers (MLs) with various NiFeCo alloy composition. The composition was varied along the zero magnetostriction constants line in the Co-rich(> 35 at%) area. The MLs containing less than 15 at% Fe exhibited a MR ratio above 20% at a Gu thickness of about 2 nm.
