OPTIMIZATION OF TC AND JC IN SPUTTERED YBCO FILMS

摘要
We have sputtered, from single targets, ≤100 nm thick epitaxial as-deposited YBCO films which have Tc's of >90K (R=0) and Jc's as high as 105 Amps/cm2 at 91K and 107 Amps/cm2 at 65K.
