摘要
:
From a discussion of the X-ray intensity curves of solid amorphous As and Se, it is possible to obtain immediately the dimensions of the structure element of the respective lattice. Amorphous As has a widened lattice structure and amorphous Se a layer structure built up of plane zig-zag chains with different states of order; both are lattice-like. These results are verified by the classical method of the Fourier analysis of the intensity curves of non-crystalline substances. © 1969.
