摘要
:
The angular distributions, and the kinetic energy distributions of O+ and H+ ions emitted from W(111) surface have been measured with a new display-type spherical mirror analyser, which has been developed by ourselves. The mass and energy selected patterns can be obtained using this analyser. The energy and angular distributions of O+ ions were in good agreement with those reported previously in photon or electron stimulated desorption. The angular distribution of H+ was found to be the same as that of O+, which suggests that the bonding site of H or OH is the same as O. © 1990 Pergamon Press plc.
