摘要
Total sugar, protein, and lipid contents of the edible portions of four mango, two papaya, one litchi, and two strawberry cultivare were determined as well as certain vitamins and trace elements. Both control (unirradiated) and fruits irradiated at the commercially recommended doses were analyzed. The chemical composition of the four species of fruit examined was very similar. Statistical analyses of the constituents mof tbe irradiated and nonirradiated fruit showed no difference between them. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
