摘要
A 30% enhancement of the endurance limit was achieved. The effect of sample heating during implantation and post-irradiation annealing are determined. Changes in nitrogen concentration profiles due to thermal diffusion were observed. TEM analysis shows Fe//1//6N//2 precipitates in the implanted layer. The dimensions of these precipitates are temperature-dependent.
