TETRAZINE-BRIDGED PHTHALOCYANINATO METAL-COMPLEXES AS SEMICONDUCTING MATERIAL

摘要
The synthesis and semiconducting properties of two tetrazine-bridged phthalocyaninato-transition metal complexes [(me8)PcFe(tz)]n and [PcRu(me2tz)]n and the monomeric complexes PcML2 (M = Fe, L = me2tZ, M = Ru, L = me2pdz, me2tZ) are reported. Both tetrazine-bridged systems exhibit good semiconducting properties without oxidative doping. The reason for this behaviour in comparison to the corresponding pyrazine-bridged complexes, e.g. [PcM(pyz)]n (M = Fe, Ru), and the tetrazine-bridged system [(CN)4PcFe(tz)]n is discussed. In addition, the preparation of the bridged complex [PcFe(bpytz)]n is described.
