摘要
The formation of the oxide layer on Cr-Ni steel at room temperature is investigated by SIMS in the static regime in the build-up phase and in the dynamic regime after a defined oxygen exposure by sputtering of the oxide layer. The sputtering curves are explained by a simple oxide layer model. According to this model, an oxygen dose of 6, 30 and 50 L generates one, two and three oxide monolayers, respectively, with a chromium depletion in the outer layers. © 1979.
