摘要：

We evaluated the cystometric and uroflowmetric effects of bethanechol chloride on non-necrogenic, non-decompensated human bladders. Statistically significant changes were measured using cystometric and uroflowmetric parameters. We discuss the indications and methods for therapy with bethanechol chloride.
