摘要
1. 1. Various aspects of the liver protein synthetic system of toadfish acclimated to 21 and 10°C were examined in vitro. 2. 2. Liver homogenates incorporate amino acids into protein with Q10 about 2·5 over 10-30°C. 3. 3. Ribosomes occur primarily in polyribosomes as in rat liver. 4. 4. No difference in aminoacyl-tRNA* synthetase activity was found in the two acclimation groups. 5. 5. Aminoacyl transferase activity was 60 per cent greater in 10°C-acclimated fish. 6. 6. The results are discussed in relation to possible control points in the protein synthetic system. © 1969.
