摘要
The kinetics of the formation of VO//2 and its stability is discussed. A Gulbransen-type vacuum microbalance was employed to monitor mass changes with time. The activation energy of the diffusion of vanadium is calculated and compared with that of parabolic oxidation. VO//2 was identified by means of X-ray diffraction techniques.
