摘要
The 5'-thiophosphate analogue of the small oligonucleotide mediator of the anti-picornavirus action of interferon was synthesized and shown to be highly resistant to enzymic 5'-dephosphorylation and to activate the 2-5A-dependent ribonuclease as effectively as parent p5'A2'p5'A2'p5'A itself.
