CYCLOTRON RESONANCE AND CROSS-MODULATION WITH N-TYPE CDTE AT 1 MM AND 2 MM WAVELENGTH

摘要
Cyclotron resonance and cross-modulation experiments are reported for the temperature range from 11 to 63°K. Sharp resonance peaks corresponding to ω 〈τ〉 as high as 14 have been obtained and the electron effective mass is found to be 0.0963 ± 0.0008m0 at 14°K and independent of temperature to within the accuracy of the experiment. Ionised impurity scattering contributes less strongly to the cyclotron line width than would be expected from Hall mobility measurements. © 1969.
