摘要
The interaction between copper(II) and an optically active polymer derived from glutamic acid has been investigated. From potentiometric measurements, UV and visible absorption, and circular dichroism spectroscopy, the structure of the different metal-polymer complexes, depending on the pH, has been determined. The catalytic properties of these complexes toward the hydrogen peroxide decomposition were then investigated. The kinetic parameters and activation energy of the process were determined and compared with those of the catalase driven reaction.
