摘要：

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, a relatively rare, intermediate grade sarcoma with a deceptively innocuous clinical appearance, generally exhibits an indolent course for years before entering a rapid growth phase. The tumor's locally invasive behavior results in early recurrence if prompt, wide excision is not performed.
