摘要
Within the framework of a regional project for technical cooperation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the possibilities to supply intercalibration standards for several accelerator based analytical techniques are explored. Different types of calibration needs of such analytical techniques are discussed, and consequently the necessary material properties of intercalibration standards are derived. This is done for the following calibration fields of ion beam analytical (IBA) techniques: basic intrumental parameters for RES and PIXE analysis; analytical accuracy of PIXE with ''real life'' samples; determination of light elements with nuclear reaction analysis (NRA); depth profile determinations. Materials already available are discussed in terms of their applicability in intercalibration exercises. In fields where standards have to be produced yet, their necessary characteristics are precised.
