摘要
Signal saturation characteristics of a Nd-doped single mode fluoride fibre amplifier for the 1300nm telecommunications window have been investigated both experimentally and theoretically. Saturated output power levels in excess of + 15dBm for a launched pump power of lOOmW at 795 nm are reported. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
