摘要
Derivative optical transmission spectra at the indirect absorption edge of SiGe bulk crystals were measured for the determination of composition and homogeneity. The positions of the thresholds of phonon-assisted and no-phonon transitions were evaluated. The samples can be unpolished or uneven.
