摘要
A brief synopsis is given of recent work on (1) the X-ray structure and properties of the CryIA(c) endotoxin of Bacillus thuringiensis and (2) characterization of the putative receptor for this toxin in the brush border membrane of the lepidopteran Manduca sexta as a member of the aminopeptidase N family of enzymes.
