摘要：

Several derivatives of mesoionic 5-substituted 1,2,3-thiadiazolium-4-olate were synthesised. The 5-amino-derivative (2i) gave a new mesoionic system, 1,2,3-thiadiazolium-5-ethoxycarbonylaminide (4), upon methylation with methyl fluorosulphonate.
