BOUND PAIRS ON CUO2 PLANE WITH 2 TYPES OF ON-SITE CORRELATIONS

摘要
The two-particle Schrodinger equation for the CuO2 plane with repulsion on copper and attraction on oxygen is solved. The energy spectrum, the effective radius and conditions of existence of bound pairs (bipolarons) are found. Bipolarons are shown to be small in all relevant regions of on-site correlations. The doping dependence of the critical temperature of copper-based superconducting oxides is discussed.
