摘要
Using the six segmental interaction parameters that characterize the pair interactions between the monomer units N-phenylitaconimide, methyl methacrylate, styrene and acrylonitrile, the theoretical miscibility ranges of several copolymer-copolymer combinations have been calculated. Comparison with the experimental phase behaviour has shown that acceptable predictions can be obtained, but also suggests that the adoption of uniquely valued interaction parameters may be inadequate to describe all situations, and the effects of polymer chain environment may have to be considered. © 1990.
