摘要
Stem calluses of Eremophila fraseri were established on defined media. Resin components secreted by leaf glandular hairs could not be detected in callus extracts. Both calluses and isolated leaves metabolized [2-14C]mevalonic acid but only the leaves incorporated label into resin components. Rates of incorporation in leaf resins were low (1-3 %). These rates varied according to the com-position of the leaf resins. © 1978 CSIRO. All rights reserved.
