摘要
1. 1. Individual synaptic regions in crustacean muscles supplied by two motor axons were studied by means of extracellular microelectrodes. 2. 2. While some sites exhibited facilitation as the frequency of stimulation was increased, others showed little or none. 3. 3. Amplitude distributions of externally recorded potentials could not always be described by Poisson's theorem. 4. 4. There was no significant difference in duration of transmitter action at synapses of two motor axons supplying the same muscle. © 1968.
