摘要
The Cabibbo-Radicati sum rule is generalized to spin J and isospin T. The evaluation of the sum rule is performed in detail for nuclei with A ≤ 50 and rather good approximations are given for nuclei with A > 50. By using some simple models and the Levinger nuclear sum rules, a good agreement is found with experimental data. The available nuclear models are less accurate than what is required by the sum rule, so it is not possible to consider the result as a test of current algebra. © 1969 Società Italiana di Fisica.
