摘要
Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is an epithelial disorder usually observed in cutaneous apocrine gland-bearing regions. This condition may be associated with either subjacent or distant malignancies or may potentially be an invasive adenocarcinoma sui generis. Clinically it is usually recognized as a nonhealing eczematous lesion. The diagnosis is confirmed histopathologically by the presence of Paget's cells. Immunologic studies have revealed, however, that EMPD is an entity distinct from mammary Paget's disease.
