摘要
:
The fluorescence quantum yield of N,N-dimethyl-1-amino-5-naphthalene-sulfonate in D2O exceeds that in H2O by a factor 1.75. It is assumed that in this and related cases solute-solvent interaction is directly responsible for internal conversion.
