摘要
Synchrotron radiation photoemission spectra are measured for antiferromagnetic Mn2As, Cr2As and Fe2As in the 3p core excitation region. It is found from the constant initial state (CIS) spectra that the 3d states in Mn2As provide many different spectral features from those of Cr2As and Fe2As. The experimental results are discussed in comparison with the results of recent band calculations as well as with the experimental results of Mn2Sb and MnAlGe.
