摘要
The physicochemical data, metabolism and pharmacokinetics are discussed for thiopentone, methohexitone, etomidate, ketamine and propofol. The influence of factors modigying the pharmacokinetics of these induction agents is reviewed and the implications for clinical practice are discussed. Features specific to infusion kinetics of these drugs are emphasized. © 1991 Baillière Tindall.
