摘要
A new reagent for the determination of enantiomeric excess of chiral diols and diamines with C-2 symmetry is described. This derivatizing agent easily prepared from PCl3 and (1R,2S,5R)-(-)menthol allows an accurate analysis of the diastereomeric derivatives by P-31 NMR spectroscopy.
