摘要
A simple theoretical model involving only a single sample parameter, the depolarization ratio rho for linearly polarized normally incident and normally scattered light, is developed to describe the angular intensity and all other polarization-dependent properties of diffuse transmission through multiple-scattering media. Initial experimental results that tend to support the theory are presented. Results for diffuse reflection are also described.
