摘要
Enantiomerically pure alpha-hydroxy, alpha,beta-dihydroxy and alpha,beta-epoxyaldehydes, useful building blocks for the synthesis of acyclic oxygenated fatty acids metabolites, were synthetized via epoxybutanediol acetonide starting from the commercially available L-ascorbic and D-isoascorbic acids.
