摘要
The syntheses of the trisilanes (X(3)Si)(2)SiMe(2), X = H, F, CI, Br, I, OMe, starting from (Ph(3)Si)(2)SiMe(2) are described. The reaction of 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexaphenyl-2,2-dimethyltrisilane with trinic acid, followed by a treatment with LiF or reduction with LiAlH4, leads to the trisilanes (HPh(2)Si)(2)SiMe(2), (H(2)PhSi)(2)SiMe(2), HPh(2)SiSiMe(2)SiH(2)Ph, (FPh(2)Si)(2)SiMe(2), (F(2)PhSi)(2)SiMe(2) and FPh(2)SiSiMe(2)SiF(2)Ph. All compounds were characterized with Si-29-NMR and Infrared spectroscopy as well as elemental analyses. (Ph(3)Si)(2)SiMe(2) was studied by crystal structure analysis.
