THERMAL-CONDUCTIVITY OF TMBA2CU3OX AND BI2SR2CACU2OX SINGLE-CRYSTALS IN THE VICINITY OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION

摘要
We present the temperature dependences of the thermal conductivity, thermoelectric power and resistivity of single crystalline Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox and TmBa2Cu3Ox samples at temperatures T = 5-13 oK, in the ab-plane, simultaneously measured from the same contacts. For Bi-based sample, a new type of anomaly in the k(T) dependence at T > T(c) was seen, probably due to the fluctuation part of the electrical conductivity.
