摘要
The development, verification and finally the practical application of a mathematical model are presented which enables the determination of process parameters for the fractionation of milk fat with super-critical carbon dioxide. Using the model mentioned above it is possible to produce new milk fats of defined qualities whose possible overall production costs could be calculated even in advance.
