摘要：

The promoter region of the murine GPIIb gene was cloned by PCR using oligonucleotides corresponding to the human gene promoter. Analysis of the sequence revealed homologies among species and the conservation of DNA motifs which could be implicated in the regulation of the gene. Transfection experiments show that the murine promoter contains information for a tissue specific expression of the gene in megakaryocytic cell lines. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
