摘要：

创新是企业在市场中取得胜利的保障,协同创新是企业创新的有效方式。基于对协同创新的动力研究,可以将其按照企业边界分类、动力要素属性分类、动力要素来源分类,其中内部动力包括对利润的追求和企业家精神,企业外部主体包括金融机构、中介机构、上下游企业等,其外部协同动力包括资金、人才、信息等的流通。此外,外部环境中政府政策的支持以及社会的发展对企业协同创新也起着促进作用。
