摘要：

<正>由于现代人饮食结构的改变、生活节奏的加快、心理和社会因素等多方面的影响,便秘已成为常见的临床症状,严重影响人们的生活质量,也是长期困扰临床医务人员的重要疾病。我国北京、西安等地区的流行病学调查显示慢性便秘发病率为11.5%,美国总体人群慢性便秘的患病率为2%～28%[1]。慢性便秘也与心脑血管病、结肠癌以及老年性痴呆等发生有关。近10年来,对慢性便秘的研究引起许多学者的关注,希图通过
