木质纤维素生物降解机理及其降解菌筛选方法研究进展

摘要
生物降解木质纤维素机理的研究日益受到关注,并且降解酶机制进行作用的报道很多,然而,木质纤维素天然结构复杂,其生物降解过程则是一个复杂的酶学过程,需要多种酶的协同作用来完成。经过多年的研究,各国研究工作者提出木质纤维素降解菌的筛选方法,国内外的科研工作者们探索出了多种木质纤维素降解菌的筛选方法和筛选培养基,为木质纤维素降解菌的筛选提供了捷径,加快了木质纤维素降解菌筛选工作的步伐。从生物降解机理和降解菌筛选方法等方面,综述了木质纤维素生物降解研究进展,提出了有待拓宽和深化研究的内容。
