摘要
MR扩散和动态增强成像可以通过反映肿瘤组织内部的血流变化及水分子运动状况等微观信息来早期、无创地评价治疗效果,在对肺癌靶向治疗和放化疗后的组织学变化以及临床疗效评价方面表现出良好的效果。就近年来MRI新技术在肺癌靶向治疗与放化疗疗效评价中的研究现状与进展进行综述。
