摘要
基质胶(Matrigel)的发现有利于在实验室研究细胞外基质的结构和功能。本文拟就Matrigel的生物学活性研究进展作一综述。包括:Matrigel的概述;Matrigel生物学功能,包括:促进细胞分化的作用,测定血管形成中的应用;Matrigel的作用机制等研究。这些研究为细胞外基质在组织工程和组织修复中的研究提供了实验依据,有广泛的应用前景。
