缺氧诱导因子在细胞能量代谢中的作用

摘要
在生物进化过程中,需氧生物演化出复杂的系统应对氧浓度的改变。缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factors,HIF)在调节能量代谢中起核心作用。在缺氧条件下,HIF激活葡萄糖摄取,提高糖酵解,使丙酮酸转化为乳酸,以维持腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)产量;另一方面,HIF也可通过抑制线粒体生物合成和活化线粒体自噬来降低线粒体氧耗。缺氧条件下通过HIF活化影响能量改变并不限于其对糖代谢的调节,其也发生在脂质代谢。文中通过对HIF在缺氧条件下胞内的能量代谢方式的作用,以及其在生理和病理环境中能量代谢的异同进行综述。
