摘要：

丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是细胞内主要的信号转导系统之一。p38MAPK是MAPK家族中的重要成员,其介导的信号转导通路在炎性反应中具有重要作用。p38MAPK与急性坏死性胰腺炎关系密切,不仅参与了急性坏死性胰腺炎胰腺的局部损伤,还参与了胰外并发症的发生。本文对p38MAPK信号通路在炎症中的作用及其在急性坏死性胰腺炎中的研究进展予以综述,旨在为急性坏死性胰腺炎的治疗提供新的思路。
